- Account details: your name, email address and phone number when you create an account or sign in, including when you sign in with Google.
- Booking details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, the service you request, and any notes you add to a booking.
- Profile preferences: your saved default pickup address, if you choose to set one.
- Partnership details: business name, contact information and service needs when a business submits a partnership or contract request.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm and provide your rides and other services.
- To contact you about your bookings, account or partnership request.
- To notify our team when a new booking or partnership request comes in.
- To keep records of completed and cancelled rides for scheduling and billing.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not track you across other websites or apps.
Who can see your information
- Only authorized GraceLife staff can see booking and account information, and only to schedule and provide your services.
- You can see and cancel your own rides and edit your own profile at any time after signing in.
How long we keep it
- We keep your account and booking records while your account is active so you can review past and upcoming rides.
- You may ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time by contacting us at the email below.
Your choices
- You can update your name, phone number and default pickup address in the Account section of the app.
- You can cancel upcoming rides yourself from the My Rides section.
- You can request a copy or deletion of your information by emailing us.
